I was an asst. seafood manager, and had to do a demo with some very awesome prawns when i came up with this recipe. It is so yummy that people who don"t like blue cheese were loving it. AND IT IS SO SIMPLE!!!!!
rinse shrimp, set aside
in large pot start water for pasta per direction on package
in large skillet, on med heat, begin melting cheese to about half soft
next add cream, and blend with cheese till smooth, turn heat to low, add shrimp.
cook pasta while shrimp are cooking in the smooth rich sauce.
when shrimp are pink on both sides and curled, they are done. turn off heat.
when pasta is done drain, put back into pot and add sauce and shrimp to pot, gentle toss together.
dish up and garnish with chives.
