The kabobs are pretty simple, and are great on the BBQ. You can add whatever vegies tickle your fancy, but for me peppers and onion always go great with steak. If you’re using wooden skures, remember to soak them in water for 10 minutes, or else they tend catch fire. Lesson learned :)

Yum Yum Brownies

  • 4 tbsp mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 spray butter flavored cooking spray
  • 1/4 cup sauce applesauce unsweetened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 oz egg white
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp dry instant coffee powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour


Mix wet ingredients in one bowl.
Mix dry, in another bowl, all except chocolate chips.
Then fold both together gently until there are no lumps.
Pour into greased (with butter flavor cooking spray) 8x8" pan.
Top with mini chocolate chips and bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 20-22 minutes. or until done.
Let cool. Cut into 12 servings and enjoy.
