  • 6 eggs ( Fresh If You Can Get Them)
  • 2 Fresh Small White Truffles
  • 2 Tablespoons of White Truffle Oil,( And/or Can use Olive Oil Cold Press)
  • Pinch Of Sea Salt
  • Pinch Of Fresh Ground White Pepper Corns ( And/or To Taste)
  • 8oz tin White Sturgeon Caviar
  • Mehr Saffron,
  • 24 K Gold Leaf
  • Créme Fraîche

Instructions

Beat the Eggs. Add a little Sea Salt, and Fresh White Ground Pepper Corns To Taste. Grease a pan with Truffle Oil And/or Olive Oil ,and place it over high heat.* Be careful Of The Burning Point When it is hot, pour in the egg mixture Slice The Truffles On Top Of The Egg mixture in very thin slices. Wait until the base of the mixture has thickened cover the pan with a lid and lower the heat.Turn the pan and the lid upside down and let the egg-mixture rest on the lid grease the pan with Truffle Oil And/Or Olive Oil again and let the mixture slide face down back
into the pan so that it can Become a solid form Transfer the omelette on to a serving plate when it is ready, Allow The Omelette' To Rest 2-3 Minutes. Garnish~ Sprinkle Mehr Saffron
Along The Omelette Then Apply The White Sturgeon Caviar Along The Top With A Dollop Of Créme Fraîche Then Garnish With 24 K Gold Leaf Ever How You Desire Your Gold .( :

* Be Careful Not To Brown Omelette And Keep The White Truffles Folded Inside~
