Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/8 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2-1 cup milk
  • spoonful of greek yogurt
  • banana

Instructions

1. In a sealable container (like a mason jar) combine oats, chia, peanut butter, honey and salt. Add milk and greek yogurt. Stir or shake well.

2.Place in the fridge overnight (will last for up to 5 days).

3.For servings, warm if desired, and top with banana slices, peanuts and a peanut butter drizzle
