The key to these burgers is the glaze! Sweet mustardy goodness. Pork burgers are juicy and delicious when cooked. Add thick cut bacon and old cheddar for a burger lovers delight. Take it easy on the ketchup as it over powers the subtlety of the pork's flavor.
