This recipe uses Kellogg's Raisin Bran. You can add more raisins if "two scoops" just isn't enough :) I sometimes like to add blueberries instead.
Boil one cup of water. In a large mixing bowl, add bran flakes. Pour in boiling water. Mix well until cereal is soft. Add remaining ingredients and mix.
Preheat over to 400f. Spray muffin pans with nonstick spray (don't use paper liners). Fill muffin pan 3/4 full. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
