Ingredients

  • INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 Cup Sweet Port Wine
  • 1 Tablespoon .Rose Water
  • 1/2 Cup Water (Bottled)
  • 1/4 Cup Cane Sugar ( Real)
  • 1Tablespoon Lemon Juice (Real)
  • 2 Tablespoon Naval Orange Juice (Real)
  • 1/2 Tsp. Orange Zest
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick (Fresh)
  • 6 Whole Cloves
  • 6 Purple Plums

Instructions

In Medium Saucepan, Heat All Ingredients Except Plums. Add Plums And Heat To Boiling. Reduce Heat And Simmer Uncovered Until Plums Are Tender When Pierced With Fork, About 5 Minutes.

Remove Plums From Pan, Quarter Plums And Discard Pits. Heat Wine Mixture To Boiling. Continue Boiling About 5 Minutes. After Removing Cinnamon Stick And Cloves, Spoon Juice Over Plums In Small Crystal Serving Bowls, If You Do Not Have Crystal Can Use Serving berry Bowls, And/Or Your Desired Choice Garnish With Mint Leaves And A Tied Cinnamon Stick Placing Aside~ Enjoy!
