Made these in the summer, but haven't had a chance to share until now. Definitely worth trying if you like seafood. This makes two serving and takes only 20 minutes to make from start-to-finish.
Season scallops with salt and pepper. Grill on BBQ over high heat for approx. 3 minutes on each side. Plate with chopped green onion, tomatoes, cucumber, sweet corn and drizzle with asian sesame dressing.
