The kabobs are pretty simple, and are great on the BBQ. You can add whatever vegies tickle your fancy, but for me peppers and onion always go great with steak. If you’re using wooden skures, remember to soak them in water for 10 minutes, or else they tend catch fire. Lesson learned :)

  • 2 CUPS WHOLE MILK
  • 1 1\2 RED CRUSHED PEPPERS
  • 2 TEASPOON OF SUGAR
  • 2 PACKS OF GROUND BEEF
  • 1 JUMBO PACKS OF PEPPERONI
  • 1 PACK OF CHEESE
  • 2 TABLESPOON OF CINNAMON

Instructions

STEP 1. MIX EGGS,FLOUR,AND MILK together.
STEP 2. ROLL ground beef in meatballs form.
STEP 3. dip meatball in batter formation.
STEP 4. DEEP FRY MEATBALL.
STEP 5. MARINATE MEATBALL IN GARLIC SAUCE.
STEP 6.LAYER THE cheese,pepperoni,red crushed peppers,cinnamon.meatballs,& dough.
STEP 7.SLIDE IN OVEN PUT ON PREHEAT.
STEP 8.LEAVE IN FOR 45 MINUTES.
STEP 9.TAKE OUT AND LET IT SET FOR 1 HOUR.
