FODMAP Blueberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • ½ cup gluten free steel cut or rolled oats
  • ½ tablespoon organic toasted hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed
  • ½ – 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • ¼ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • ½ ripe banana (mashed)
  • ½ – 1 cup Almond Milk

Instructions

Combine all the ingredients in a jar with a lid.
Twist on the lid tightly and shake to combine the ingredients.

Store in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
