Eggnog Panna Cotta

  • 400 ml cream
  • 200 ml milk
  • 200 g tube Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 cinnamon quill
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • Generous pinch of nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) brandy
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 3 teaspoons gelatine
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) boiling water


Step 1
Place cream, milk, Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, and brandy in a medium saucepan over heat, bring to the boil, remove from heat and stand for 30 minutes to infuse.

Step 2
After standing, remove cinnamon quill, heat cream mixture, whisk in egg yolk. Combine gelatine and boiling water; stir rapidly until gelatine dissolves, stir into heated cream mixture and pour into six 1/3 cup (80ml) dariole moulds. Chill for 4 hours or until set.
