Easy Pavlova cake with berries

Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 110 g of powdered sugar
  • 150-250ml cream
  • 200-350g berries

Instructions

Whip the egg whites with sugar. Beat the egg white until it is crisp and firm. Preheat the oven to 145 degrees. Place the paper on a baking sheet for baking. Put whites in the bag and form a circle. Bake circa 45min, and then switch off the oven and leave to stand in the oven for a few minutes. Then put on the cake whipped cream and berries.
