Perfect with a cup of tea
1. Preheat the oven to 180 decrees. Grease two baking sheets. Sift the flour and salt into a bowl and then stir in the coconut. Pour in the condensed milk and mix, stirring from the centre to form a thick mixture.
2. Drop tablespoonful's of the mixture 1 inch apart on the baking sheets, bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
