Coconut dessert

  • Ingredients for dough:
  • 4 eggs
  • 200g powdered sugar
  • 1dl water
  • 1dl oil
  • 200g flour
  • 1 table spoon of vanilla sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons of coconut
  • Ingredients for cream:
  • 360g sour cream
  • 10 tablespoons of coconut
  • 5 tablespoons of powdered sugar


Mix eggs, vanilla sugar and powdered sugar. Then add oil and water and mix again. At the end add flour, baking powder and coconut and stir well and that there are no lumps. Bake 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Cut the cooled cake in half and spread with cream (mix ingredients for cream). At the end you can decorate dessert with melted chocolate and coconut chips.
