Ingredients

  • 1 lb Double D Hot Smoked Sausage
  • 1 lb Russet Potatoes
  • 1 lb Fresh Green Snap Beans
  • 2Teaspoon Guidry's Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 Teaspoon Tony Chachere Spice
  • 2 Quarts Of Beef Broth

Instructions

Get Your Preparation Area Ready~ Gather All Your Ingredients. Then Take A Large Pot Then Pour The 2 Quarts Of Beef Broth, Then Take Your Double-D Hot Smoked Sausage Cut In 1 Inch Round Disk, Then Take Your Russet Potatoes Peel Wash And Cut In 1 Inch Size, Keeping Them The Same Size~ Then Take The Fresh Green Snap Beans, Wash Then Snap Both Ends Off And Cut Them In 1 Inch Lengths Then Add Your 2 Teaspoons Of Guidry's Seasoning, Then 1 Teaspoon Of Tony Chachere Spice. Then Add All These Ingredients In The Broth And Cook For About 30 minutes Until Nice And Thick. You Can Add The Spice To Your Taste We L'ove A Lot Of Spice So I Always Add More To Mine~ As Clayton Does His~ This Is Served In A Bowl Of Your Choice And Goes Very Well With Butter Milk Cornbread And A Pat Of Real Butter, And A Sweet Tall Glass Of Ice Tea With Lemon Garnish~
