Cream: Melt the chocolate under the hot water. Separate the yolks from the whites. Whip the egg whites in firm snow. Mix egg yolks, and cocoa. Whip the cream. Add the melt chocolate and whipped cream to egg mixture. Add whipped whites and gently stir in the snow to give a creamy and slightly foam. Add chopped oranges and put mixture in refrigerator for 2 hours.
Shortcake: Beat yolks with water, add sugar, vanilla sugar. Whip the egg whites and add them to the egg yolk. Add the flour with baking powder and cocoa. Bake 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Cut the cooled cake in half.
The two halves of the cake spread with milk, which optionally add a little rum or with orange juice. Then add the orange cream, cake cover with the chocolate dressing (melt dark chocolate and mixed with hot cream).
At the end decorate cake with cream and oranges.
