Chocolate almond cake (gluten free)

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 140g sugar
  • 140g butter
  • 140g ground almonds
  • 140g melted chocolate

Instructions

Mix butter with sugar and egg yolks. Slowly add melted chocolate. Remove one cup of this mixture for filling. Add ground almonds and mixed egg whites into the rest of the mixture. Bake at 170 degrees for 40 min. Chilled dessert spread with filling and decorate with sweet cream and homemade almond chocolate.
