Slice chicken breasts into tenders
Cover chicken in flour and fry in butter on medium/high (6,7) DO NOT COOK THOROUGHLY
Sautee sliced mushrooms
Mix Marsala, chicken broth and lemon juice
Let the sauce simmer, and stir in 2 tbsp. of flour for thickening
Add chicken and mushrooms into sauce and let simmer with lid for 30 minutes on 4 temp.
Once thoroughly cooked, add Monterey Jack cheese on top.
