Chicken Couscous

  • 1/2 mug of couscous
  • 1 mug of boiling water
  • 1 chicken stock cube
  • Oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. korma paste
  • 1 tbsp. water


Put couscous, boiling water and sotck cube into a bowl, cover with a plate and leave to stand. Heat oil, add onions and peppers.
Add chicken breasts, cook until no longer pink. Add korma paste and water and cook for 30 seconds. Stir in couscous and serve.
