White chocolate cheesecake flavored cookie. Quick, easy and delicious!
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, cream butter and cream cheese until well blended and creamy. Whisk in granulated sugar, lemon juice and milk.
3. Add all-purpose flour and corn starch to the bowl. Mix well. Fold in white chocolate morsels. Form about 1 inch diameter ball and place on the parchment paper. Repeat this until the cookie dough is gone. Bake for about 15 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack.
