As the name, chai latte flavored cookie! Chai tea leaves, white chocolate and olive oil as a substitute for butter which brings out rich flavor.
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, granulated sugar and eggs. Stir in all-purpose flour and chai tea leaves. Fold in white morsels. Take about 1 tablespoon of dough and place on the parchment paper. Press the top to flatten. Repeat this until the dough is gone. Bake for 15 minutes.
