This is one of my favourite summer drinks. Learn how to make this classic Canadian cocktail.
First, rim a large glass with a lime and celery salt. Over ice, mix together 2 shots (2 oz) of vodka, 2-4 dashes of Tabasco sauce and 4 dashes of Worcestershire sauce (or to taste). Add fresh ground pepper. Top up glass with Clamato juice and stir. Garnish with a stalk of celery and a wedge of lime.
Tip: For rimming, try mixing your favourite steak seasoning with the celery salt for some extra kick.
