  • 3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 t. baking soda
  • 5 T. cocoa powder
  • 1 c plain Greek yogurt
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 c. vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 c. chocolate syrup
  • 1 t. vanilla extract
  • 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 c. chocolate Chips
  • Chopped Nuts (optional)
  • Chocolate chips in brownies (optional)


Buck's Triple Fudge Brownies

this recipe makes enough for a half sheet pan so it makes a lot.

Dry Ingredients

3 cups all purpose flour
2 3/4 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
5 Tablespoons cocoa powder

Wet ingredients

6 eggs
1 cup plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup chocolate syrup


1 14oz can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

combine dry ingredients and set aside

combine wet ingredients and mix well. Once wet ingredients are mixed well slowly combine with dry ingredients being careful to not overmix. Once ingredients are well combined pour into prepared half-sheet pan lined with parchment paper or well greased with cooking spray.

bake 20 to 24 minutes until toothpick pricked into center comes out clean.

remove from oven and allow to cool completely before glazing.

Prepare glaze by combining all glaze ingredients into a double boiler and allowed to incorporate completely stirring constantly. Remove from heat and allow to sit for a few minutes. Once brownies have cooled completely pour the glaze over the brownies and spread evenly. let them sit until the glaze sets completely.

Then cut them and serve.

(if you like you may add chocolate chips or chopped nuts to batter)
