Description

This recipe is loved by anyone with a sweet tooth and was created in Brazil during WW2. Eaten out of the pot, a plate or rolled on chocolate sprinkles, it is the ultimate fix! I guarantee it!

Ingredients

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon of butter (marg. is fine too)
  • 1 tablespoon of chocolate powder
  • chocolate sprinkles, walnuts, pistachios or almond bits. (optional)

Instructions

cook the condensed milk, butter and chocolate over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mix thickens. Best way to tell when it's ready? slightly tip the pot to one side, if the mix moves easily all together, and you are able to see the bottom of the pot easily, you're ready to let it cool and dive in!

Once it had cooled down, if you decide to roll it, place it in fridge for one hour until hardened a little more. Rub butter on our hands and make small balls, rolling them on your topping of choice. It is presentable enough for parties and get togethers!
