The kabobs are pretty simple, and are great on the BBQ. You can add whatever vegies tickle your fancy, but for me peppers and onion always go great with steak. If you’re using wooden skures, remember to soak them in water for 10 minutes, or else they tend catch fire. Lesson learned :)

Description

The kabobs are pretty simple, and are great on the BBQ. You can add whatever vegies tickle your fancy, but for me peppers and onion always go great with steak. If you’re using wooden skures, remember to soak them in water for 10 minutes, or else they tend catch fire. Lesson learned :)

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 - 2 pound sirloin steak, about an inch thick
  • 2 Red peppers
  • 2 Green peppers
  • 1 Red onion
  • 1 tbsp Worcheshire
  • 1 sprig fresh Rosemary
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4-6 skures

Instructions

In a bowl, mix together 1/2 cup olive oil, Worcheshire sauce, fresh rosemary, salt and pepper. Chop steak into large cubes. Add steak to mixture and let marinade 6-8 hours, covered in the fridge.

Cut peppers and onion into large chunks. Start creating the kabobs by skuring the beef, red pepper, onion, and green pepper.

Preheat BBQ to medium-high. Place kabobs on top rack of BBQ to allow for more even cooking. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until beef is cooked to your liking.
