Everyone loves hot dogs, although they can be boring. So shake them up with some bacon and a very simple yet delicious sauce. All done in 10 minutes or under!
Take each hot dog and wrap a rasher of bacon around it until relatively covered. Keep the bacon to stay on using toothpicks or cocktail sticks. Fry in a deep fryer or a frying pan for 5 minutes.
While the dog is frying make the chipotle mayonnaise by simply mixing up the chipotle pepper sauce and the sour cream. Season with a little salt. Stir until smooth. Toast your brioche buns in a shallow pan or grill them in your oven. 2 minutes should be fine.
Your hot dog should be ready, the bacon will be tender and crisp, remove the sticks that held them together.
Decorate your brioche buns with a handful of lettuce and some chopped tomatoes, place on your bacon-dog and throw on some chipotle mayo over the top.
