I wanted to make a cookie using cream cheese but did not have any in my fridge. As luck would have it I did have goat cheese. So I built my recipe around the goat cheese incorporating flavors that would enhance it's flavor like rosemary and figs, which are some of my favorite ingredients.

I love avocados! Avocados are a great source of protein, meets vegan options, provides flavor to almost all foods that you pair with this wonderful fruit. A natural "nutrient booster"! So come on what are you waiting for?!


  • Avocado Cream Sauce
  • 2 large avocados
  • ¼ cup cilantro
  • 2 t cumin
  • 1 T sea salt
  • 1 T EEO olive oil
  • ½ c sour cream or greek yogurt
  • 1 T lime juice


Cut, peel and pit avocados. Add all ingredients in food processor or blender to smooth.
