This was originally a banana oat muffin recipe with mashed banana's instead of apple sauce, but decided to switch it up. There are many variations you can do to this, and you can even substitute the eggs to make it vegan. This is a great healthy snack that uses only natural sugars. If you prefer to have it a bit sweeter you can also add brown sugar.
Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased loaf pan or square pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 400 or until toothpick comes out clean. You can also use a muffin pan if preferred.
